My wife is just in the process of looking around for a Cosmetic Tattooist to get her eyebrows tattooed. She lost some of them as a side effect from medication she was taking. Therefore this book was of particular interest as she wanted to know what it was all about. We both thought that this book covered the subject really well and we learnt lots. Credit to the author who really knows their stuff, this book had lots of information and was thoroughly enjoyable to read. Would recommend it.Product details

Terrible book. Could have found the same information on the internet for free.
This provides the very basic fundamentals.
The book is very generic and does not give any illustrations or pictures. It does not discuss face shapes vs. eyebrow shapes...stroke patterns or anything. It def is not worth 23 dollars and change. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This is a pamphlet, not a book. Extremely disappointed in what I received and what it appears to be online. I just finished PMU school and this is literally of no use to me. I was looking to learn, but I got a brochure with basic descriptions instead.
For the dang price of this book and it only be a line few paged book. It's should cost $5 not $25. It really isn't must fundamentals as it is just your tools and blades. Definitely don't recommendmen it for the price to the intel. Sorry
It's not that the info is bad, it covers some great aspects. But it is very thin, with a large font, I feel the price is way too high for a not much more than a pamphlet. I don't want to insult the author, I can tell she knows what she is talking about. I have been a cosmetic tattooist for over 16 years with extensive experience and always looking to increase my knowledge on an ongoing basis. The book does not cover all that anyone would need to know about becoming a permanent makeup artist but it's a good overview of just Microblading. I really felt she missed an extremely important aspect in this industry is that you need to check your state on licensing and education requirements. On page 7 a simple line about becoming licensed and needing a business license as well as insurance should have been listed. Microblading is all the rage and in my area there are Hairstylist and Estheticians (I'm also a Master Esthetician) popping up with no regard that there are strict state laws regarding who can perform Microblading which falls under Tattoo Artist laws. I pay a lot of money each year to practice legally. That is just a professional observation about the content. But really my 3 star rating is based on a $22.51 price tag for a $5.00 book. Yes there is for $1.99 but if you are buying with the intent to keep it handy or write notes in the columns then think again. Take from this what you will and to my fellow artist. Sorry, just being honest.
Should have read that this pamphlet was only 42 pages with no pictures of actual eyebrows. a book on microblading eyebrows should contain photos of eyebrows.
This book is specifically designed for new and developing eyebrow tattooists. Although, a bit technical, the general tone of the book is quite easy to understand. Moreover, the detailed information and instructions in the book can definitely improve your microblading skills. It's like attending a full training course, right in the comfort of your home and on a fairly reasonable cost. A very good investment, indeed.
